We aim to have your delivery within 14 business days of completing payment unless stated on the product.

If you order before 5pm, your order will be processed the same day. 

How can I check the status of my order?
An order can take approximately 1 to 2 hours to appear in "order status" after the order is completed. Either log onto the Account section of the website to track the status of your order, or send us an email.

Why have I not received my delivery?
There could be a number of reasons for a late delivery, for example adverse weather conditions or bank holidays. Please check for any notices we may have sent detailing the reason for the delay in delivery. You may also contact our Customer Care Team using the contact form on the website, or simply log into your account.

What types of delivery does Just Kidz use?
Small and medium-sized item delivery:
Most products will be delivered by Royal Mail, myHermes or on some occasions using other couriers such as DPD or DHL.

Partial item delivery: 
Some goods may be delivered from different locations, so you may receive the goods in multiple deliveries. You can track your goods and deliveries by clicking on the order status link in my account or by contacting via the channels outlined above.

What happens if my item is damaged?
Please inspect the order before signing for it or as soon as possible afterwards. If goods are damaged at the time you receive them please either refuse delivery, refuse to accept the goods in question, or return them to us. In any event, our satisfaction guarantee and returns policy applies to damaged goods.

Why have I only received part of my order?
We may deliver individual products within a single order separately. Alternatively, some orders may not have been successfully concluded. Check your Account to review your orders and order history.

What is the Just Kidz Customer Satisfaction 14 Day Return Guarantee?
Subject to the conditions and exceptions described below, we guarantee your satisfaction with every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with the products sold by us, you may return them to using the “Just Kidz Customer Satisfaction 14 Day Return Guarantee” at any time within 14 days of receiving your order. 

How do I return my order under the Just Kidz Customer Satisfaction 14 Day Return Guarantee?
You can return goods by contacting our Customer Care Team either on the website using your Account or using our contact form page (in some cases we may be able to help you using our Facebook page). To help us assist you quickly, please have the following information included in your message:
•    Name;
•    Order confirmation and/or item number; and Postcode

To qualify for the “Just Kidz Customer Satisfaction 14 Day Return Guarantee” you must meet the following requirements:
•    Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods – There are occasions where damaged, defective or incorrect goods have passed through our quality control checks due to error or reasons beyond our control. If you have reason to believe that you have received damaged, defective or incorrect goods, please contact us immediately so we can offer a solution. Photographic evidence may be required.
•    Incorrect Size – Most manufacturers of clothing and other goods use their own size guidelines and as such sizes between these manufacturers may have subtle differences. Due to this, we will only accept a return for incorrect size if there is a size deviation greater than 3cm. Photographic evidence may be required.

Please be aware that the cost of any returns will be the responsibility of the customer and we will be unable to refund this cost.

What if I have Changed My Mind?
If you have decided that you no longer would like any or all or the items that you have ordered, or you have simply changed your mind simply contact us within 14 days of placing your order to arrange your cancellation.

In line with Just Kidz policy, the items must be returned unused unopened and in original packaging.

Please be aware that the cost of any returns will be the responsibility of the customer and we will be unable to refund this cost. 

What if 14 Days Have Elapsed Since the Receipt of My Items?
Our “Just Kidz Customer Satisfaction 14 Day Return Guarantee” only covers the first 14 days after receipt of goods. If you want to return any goods after this time, please do not hesitate to contact the Customer Care team (as outlined above). We aim to provide good quality customer service to all our customers.

Any refunds or returns after 14 days will be at the discretion of Just Kidz LTD.

The following goods are exempt from the returns and refunds policies outlined above:
•    Swimwear
•    Underwear
•    Clearance Items

Any return or refunds accepted on the above goods are purely at the discretion of Just Kidz LTD.
